SHIPPING AND RETURNS

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Shipping:  $10 flat rate
  • Australian Express / Priority Shipping $15:  Orders are processed, packed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.  Delivery via Australia Post Express Shipping OR our preferred Courier service.  There may be some delivery delays due to Covid.   

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

  • All Australian orders are sent via Fastway, Couriers Please or Australia Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days for express shipping and 1 - 4 days for standard shipping.
  • Please note:  Orders placed on Fridays or before a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery times depend on your location. Please allow for 3 -5 business days for (QLD, NSW, VIC & ACT) and 5 – 8 business days for other states.

ORDER TRACKING 

  • Our courier service will keep you updated with your tracking information so please check your emails 

DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via email orders@truenorthcandlecollective.com within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or replacement

RETURNS POLICY

  • Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.
